Kamryn Bivens
Kamryn is the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. From the paperwork required to open a new account to the dozens of small operational details that keep an existing relationship running smoothly, she is the steady hand behind the scenes at CMIA. The advisors handle conversations. Kamryn handles the follow-through that makes those conversations real.
Born in Pinehurst and raised in nearby Sanford, Kamryn discovered her interest in financial services during four years in her high school's Academy of Finance, then earned a degree in Integrated Health Science from Western Carolina University with additional coursework in entrepreneurship and investing. She is currently working toward her professional licenses as an investment advisor, the early steps of a long career in this work. She brings to the firm the same disciplines that made her a two-time Female Athlete of the Year in high school across volleyball, softball, and basketball: attention to detail, follow-through, and a real sense of what it takes to keep a team running well. Like a good investment, her contribution to the firm is one that compounds.
Outside the office, Kamryn plays guitar, plays golf, and spends her extra time on the beverage cart at Pinehurst #8, where the assets she manages are decidedly more liquid.
